Store Policy

Shipping:
At Beach Trading Company we make every effort to ship products ordered within one business day of receiving your order. Almost all of our orders ship within 24 hours. Your credit card is not charged until the product ships. If you need a product quickly call us and we'll do everything we can to get it to you faster. In the event that a product is back ordered we will notify you by e-mail and let you decide how to handle the order.

International Orders:
No international orders will be accepted except for Covercath products. Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties which may be imposed by the destination country.

Refund/Return Policy: 

Covercath Return Policy:
Due to the nature of the Covercath products we are unable to accept them for return.

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

 We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

  • -within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)

  • -must not be a special order or a custom order

  • -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return  policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's  particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

 Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Returns Preparation Guidelines:
In order to better serve you and to facilitate speedy, accurate returns processing we ask that you prepare your returns by adhering to the following guidelines: A Return Authorization number (RA) must accompany all returns. Please contact Beach Trading Company at returns@beachtradingco.com with a detailed explanation of the reason for the return to obtain this Return Authorization number (RA). Prepare the return shipment and include an itemized list of all items being returned (part number, quantity), and indicate the reason for return, i.e. new, broken/defective, etc. Record the RA # provided by Beach Trading Company on the itemized list of all items being returned. Please be sure to follow any special instructions provided to you in the Return Authorization (RA) e-mail.

Freight Claims:
Freight claims for lost or damaged freight must be filed with the carrier and clearly noted on Bills of Lading when receiving shipments. THIS IS NECESSARY FOR YOUR PROTECTION. Although the responsibility is with the carrier, please notify us immediately so that we may be of some assistance.

Undisclosed Shortages:
In cases where you have received the proper amount of cartons from the carrier but discover errors or shortages in unpacking, notify us immediately. Claims must be made within 5 days.
